I made my payment, but did not receive my product!
We have tried to automate things as much as we can. When you make your payment on the PayPal site, you should be able to obtain your products in different ways.
If you simply closed your browser after payment or you left the PayPal site without returning to the GooberGuides site, you won’t see the page presenting the immediate download links. But not to worry as an E-Mail message is also transmitted that contains the same links. However, these messages all too often end up in your junk mail or SPAM folder. So please check this folder.
I opened my product but no information appears!
Some of the eBooks are presented in CHM format. This is a Windows Help format that is controlled by Microsoft. Microsoft has implemented some security with these files. Because of this, you may need to take some special actions in order to enable the content. Enabling content for these files is described at the link below.
